Fabulous Hannah

What a yawnsville house. I bet sex is scheduled on a Wednesday night between 8-9pm unless it's a birthday or anniversary. She wants a clear kitchen but the sink has got endless washing things making it look manky. Then walks around to the living room and shelves on the "media wall" are cluttered with tat. Looks like BF's "office" is his play room and hers is to play Girls' World. Showing my age here, but the likeness is a bit spooky.

She definitely reads this thread, so many references in that video! Someone may not need a TV because they love their partner so much they want to talk to them all the time/ people have been saying my sofas are outdated/ my laundry bin is overpriced. Hey Han 👋🏼 I was surprised at how small the house actually is. Very much like my new build, she should've bought one so it would've been the same bland/ blank canvas and no renovations required. The only question I have is where on earth does she plan to put the baby in there? Literally can't think where the baby cot would fit, only the lounge comes to mind lol. I guess she hasn't really thought it through. Having a baby is more than just a new content pillar, hun

Her house looks cosy but not to my taste at all, which is fine. As long as she is happy, that's the main thing. I just hope her partner is happy too - there wasn't a lot of evidence that he'd had a say in any of the decor choices. Particularly as it seems like they both work from home - I'd go insane spending my whole day and night in a beige, colourless house 😵‍💫 even the Nespresso pods were hidden away for fear of brightening the place up too much.

I'm sure she said his name isn't even on the mortgage, he's just paying his share every month. Oh, and his dad done the whole place up

It won’t be as she rented it out for ages, I don’t understand how he has agreed to pay half the mortgage? I wonder if they have any sort of legal agreement on the payments etc because if they split up and it goes nasty, he will be entitled to a percentage of the sale or his money back… for a landlord.. she isnt very savvy

She is savvy, as it was indeed mentioned in one of the previous videos that she made him sign a contract that says if anything happens between them, he's got no rights on the house. Basically, he's just paying to live there sitting in that tiny room/office all day 5 days a week. Not every guy would agree to that

did he? She didn’t mention it 😆 #myboyfriendsdad
The father in law as she put it ( because in her head she's already married to Josh)

I did that with my ex but because our deposit was the money he made from the sale of his flat, I had no savings at the time and I felt bad so we agreed that we’d sign a contract so that if anything went wrong in the future and we had to sell our joint flat, he’d get his deposit back first and then anything on top of that was split 50/50 as obviously the new flat was joint mortgage etc and we split everything bill wise down the middle, we did split and it all worked perfectly, I could never have taken his initial deposit money and it baffles me how some people can, I know someone currently who thought they had this in place and it’s now come to light the contract is void as the other party refused to get her signature witnessed and his solicitor didn’t pick up on this at the time, so now he’s completely screwed as he’s not on the mortgage :/ he had also lent her money to pay off the mortgage twice over before she wasted it on shite and had to remortgage and because of that one issue with the signature he will likely get nothing as she’s not a nice person at all!!
I did that with an ex, but because we used his deposit from the same
