I prefer full fat yoghurt. Muller lights do nothing to fill you up. The only problem is pretty much all yoghurts in supermarkets are low or fat free now which just means they’re full of artificial crap.

Eating slowly is a difficult habit to get into but it works for me. It takes something like 10-20 minutes for your stomach to get the full signal, and I used to wolf my food down in less than five minutes so would feel hungry again. If I eat slowly I feel much more satisfied.

Slightly random but this is the most delicious yogurt, it’s basically ice cream 😍 and fairly low cal

Always have a large glass of water with each meal helps with feeling full too I find. Bonus you increase your water intake and get more hydration

Lived on muller lights as well, convinced myself they were dessert :(
I absolutely love real yoghurts now, Greek yoghurt is my absolute favourite, I always snack on greek yoghurt and granola now, Fills me right up. Can't believe I was afraid to eat something like that for years
It’s sad isn’t that we were made feel afraid of eating certain foods, just demolished a bagel with soft cheese, how many syns I wonder lol

Urgh please don’t mention. Allen light bars to me lol.
My relationship with food is much more healthier and I have no guilt.
I wish I swapped years ago, all that money wasted and god knows how many tins of chopped tomatoes and passata consumed

I never buy passata anymore thinking about it...my intake of tomatoey dishes has definitely decreased.

Though tomorrow a fry up with plum tomatoes is the plan.
That's another thing isn't it? being able to eat decent sausages not just dry, mealy, tasteless low fat ones

Exactly this!
I don’t think I’ve eaten tinned tomatoes or passata since doing SW and my pasta intake is low but that’s through choice but I still eat potatoes most days even days I eat WHITE bread
