Don't worry about it at all. I noticed when I used to weigh myself obsessively (not recommended at all) I used to put on 2-3lb during a day then would lose it again overnight. This morning the scale says+2lb but I know that's food sitting in my stomach, probably salt etc. As annoying as it feels I am telling myself it will be back to normal tomorrow and not to panic.
I used to panic to but then realised it was salt, undigested food, water retention from heat in summer etc
I've been told and have read that measuring your chest, thighs, calves, waist, upper arms and neck is a more accurate reflection on fat loss as sometimes scales don't move or maybe even show a gain but you may still lose CM's/inches
