The only person who seems successful to me from that season is indiyah, she’s managed to bag boots, plt, gym shark and appear on after sun. She did her travel show with Davide, dancing on ice, they have a deal with Google too. Then it’s the usual influencer deals with various brands. I think she probably had as many deals as Indiyah but Indiyah seems to have a much more clear career trajectory and image. Whereas Ekin’s career seems more random and like her management doesn’t know who to target her towards. Maybe because she’s older than the other girls, they don’t know whether to market her to younger women or women her own age

It's absolutely insane how she went from probably the biggest winner in LI history to only having one mediocre brand deal left all in a matter of months.

I wonder what he ultimate goal is. Her fans insisted that she's not an influencer but if she was smart, she should have been playing the game while holding out for something bigger.

I still think one of the biggest mistakes she made was signing up for DOI. It did absolutely nothing for her brand. Yes she got paid but it seems like alot of things have started going down hill since then.

I noticed that she also no longer has beauty works on her bio so I wonder what happened to that.

She has done a bunch of things since the show ended.
She signed with Oh Polly, Beauty Works and BPerfect. Although it seems that she's currently only an ambassador for BPerfect.

Her and Davide did the homecoming show.
She also did Dancing on Ice.

And then she's had a number of magazine covers.

She has a make up range with B Perfect too. From what I’ve seen it’s awful though.
 
I keep seeing articles and Ekin stans calling her the most successful love islander ever. It’s actually embarrassing no she isn’t. I loved her on the show, I don’t dislike her now but the army of stans are so off putting and deluded. I can’t stand Molly Mae but Ekins success doesn’t even come close.
 
Whenever I've seen Ekin Su being interviewed she always looks like a startled rabbit in the headlights and quite awkward. (I didn't watch DOI, cos Scofe :sick:, so no idea what she was like on that tbh). Nothing wrong with that, but I'm just not surprised interest has wained. Fair play she's not playing a 'ditzy' game but brands probably don't really know what they would do with her.

she started celebrating it yesterday and that was mainly her taking him out, not this, which is why i mentioned cost. she was obviously involved a lot but i think it’s common sense that it was set up, that’s how these things work😭 damn i really hope i don’t ever sound this negative over nothing 🤣

You would think but a lot of people don’t realise. Like when Molly Mae tries to show Tommy has done things like this for her and her fans lap it up like her manager Fran hasn’t arranged everything

indiyah usually makes it pretty obvious tho? she hasn’t yet, but e.g. yesterday she tagged the people who did the brunch for her, to thank them. this gift for dami had a lot of little details, especially seeing what she did yesterday, so she obviously put effort into it. and she mentioned hiring places that out, why is why i talked about the price. i just found it cute lol

I mean none of them have been doing anything, especially recently? They've literally all just been enjoying their relationships and posting some content.

I don't keep up with Molly/Tommy so I can't comment on that. But everything that Indiyah organized was extremely thoughtful. Booking out a restaurant and watching anime which is something Dami has always been vocal about loving.

Even if someone else did it, it's the very little details that they think about that matters.

thank you, yeah this is all i was trying to get across😅 i like seeing people do nice things for people they love, or seeing people get spoiled like this. but i forgot this is tattle, of course a negative spin is gonna be put on a birthday present, my fault 🤣

she’s definitely topped his present from last year, not sure how he’s gonna top this lol
