Also, I haven’t read the article, but will she have a leg to stand on. Won’t it be a case of they have her a £1m deal based on her having X number of followers and working out the reach that would achieve when it turns out x number we’re fake/bit/purchased followers therefore they weren’t really getting what they initially paid for?

Her taste in fashion is just so bad!!! she always has a look of ‘mutton dressed as lamb’ as well which is terrible considering her age.

I'd assume you are right there would be clauses in her contract to cover the brand if X amount of units projected sales (calculated based on her followers and post LI potential) aren't reached. No brand is going to bolt out of a deal like that without having legal advice covered.
 
Watching Millie’s latest YouTube - Chloe was meant to be on aftersun with her but got a stomach bug. They all seemed to get it. Poor Sam had it as well.

I like Millie and Chloe but they are the laziest vloggiers. The bare minimum effort is put into their videos and with such a big following it just seems like a wasted opportunity.

their honesty over having the shits made me lol though.

I’m not sure what Oh Polly were expecting by signing Ekin-Su. Even Molly-Mae couldn’t sell out her edit and she’s more suitable towards their target demographic. Not to mention the fact that Ekin’s collection had some of the ugliest pieces they’ve ever released.

Yeah tbh don’t think this one could be blamed on ekin. Her collection was sooo ugly and very of that time. They weren’t wearable dresses. Her interview in I think fabulous mag was good.

Oh dear! Can’t wait for the details of this to get released. Oh Polly would have taken legal advice before terminating it and no doubt ekin has likewise. So will be interesting. Not a good look.
 
There could be a break cause. There also an unwritten understanding that if a collection bombs the talent walks away. It's a small world; you don't want to piss too many people off. Sometimes it's wise to take a short-term hit for the sake of longevity.

My gut feeling is that Ekin-Su's fishing for a payout. 🤷‍♂️

Well, girl has a ridiculously expensive London penthouse to pay rent on so she’ll be looking to get as much money as she can get from Oh Polly 🙄
 
It will be interesting to see how this lawsuit plays out.

It's absolutely insane how she went from probably the biggest winner in LI history to only having one mediocre brand deal left all in a matter of months.

I wonder what he ultimate goal is. Her fans insisted that she's not an influencer but if she was smart, she should have been playing the game while holding out for something bigger.

I still think one of the biggest mistakes she made was signing up for DOI. It did absolutely nothing for her brand. Yes she got paid but it seems like alot of things have started going down hill since then.

I noticed that she also no longer has beauty works on her bio so I wonder what happened to that.
