Why did she think it would be a good idea to tweet this? Because all this does is show that she has no idea what she's doing and she's going for what will seem to be the biggest cash grabs.

Gives me the ick when people refer to themselves in the third person!

She really has no clue does she:rolleyes: she’s lost all
credibility with it being a product she just haaaad to make or saw a gap in the market for her dream product. She needs someone to come in and really manage her and she just sits back otherwise there’s no hope!

if she did something like this would it sell well? i was thinking it wouldn’t but tbf when indiyah had her lashes thing, they sold out pretty quickly

But Indiyah was known for her really good makeup skills on the show so it's not really a good comparison.

I think she just needs to find her niche. I know some people on here roll their eyes when we blame management but I remember that taking random deals was exactly why Faye and Teddy left Off Limits.

I hope she manages to find people who actually care about what she wants rather than just chasing the bag.

true. someone said this, which i agree with. her going into that market wouldn’t make much sense, and comes off as cash grab , at least indiyah was into make up etc. the quotes on the tweet are all negative too
also why is she speaking in third person 😂
 
Ekin was my winner but I just don’t think she has a niche (or if she’s done it’s not apparent yet).

She’s not a fashion/styling girlie like Tasha or Indiyah, she’s not got a specific interest really (Gemma and her horses) and although she has done acting and was known on the show for her personality (so presenting), she’s not really good enough to crack into those ultra-competitive worlds in a meaningful way 🤷🏼‍♀️

I also think that although Davide is happy to share coupley stuff with the public and monetise it, he’s not looking to rush down the aisle or have a baby, so she’s not got that angle either.

I hate it when people do this. Has anyone watched real housewives of Dubai? Sara Al Madani has Dr in her bio yet she only gained this title through an HONORARY doctorate!!!

I agree I kind of feel sorry for Ekin. She doesn’t fit the typical islander niche of fashion or makeup brands. She doesn’t really have a great personality when she’s not performing and so she’s a bit lost. I think she’s be a good reality tv star but not sure what UK reality show would suit her personality either.

Who’s the one in the middle?

i think Liberty is my least fave islander. She’s so devoid of personality or substance yet keeps trying to establish herself as a girl boss with generic quotes. Let’s not even get into how she tries to make out she survived domestic abuse in the villa 🙄
