Is something wrong about Davide. I think his personality is off somehow post villa. I thought he would be very successful LI contestant with lot of media coverage but has become like a background wallpaper to Ekin. I think in coming times people might even forget about him. He seems to have no plan. Hope his management is good and steer him in right direction.

PS: On Luca, he is a vile, obsessive person who loves putting others down. I am very happy for those who saw these qualities despite being criticized on multiple platform. What you saw on TV is what you get. There is no bigger/hidden meaning in his small gesture which his teenage fans cling to.

I’m genuinely curious as to what there is to be a fan of with Luca and most of the LI boys. Other than being fancied, what is there to stan? They’re not actors or singers so there’s no particular content. At least with the girls, it’s understandable because girls look up to them for fashion, beauty etc.

I mean. Ekin takes up a lot of space wherever she is. She is loud even without speaking. Maybe there’s an energy imbalance and her energy makes him fade into th background. She probably gets more opportunities offered to her and he’s resigning to be arm candy. Not at all what I expected from how he was in the villa tho. “Liar!!!”

Very good point! Has anyone noticed there's no male Love Islander equivalent of Molly-Mae? Her boyfriend Tommy's the most successful, most popular and the most-followed on Instagram, male to come out of Love Island but lads don't idolise Tommy the way girls idolise Molly-Mae.

I agree about Davide. His engagement on Instagram is SO low unless Ekin is in the photo - much lower than Luca, Dami, Jacques. For a guy with the highest follower count at 1.9m (double Damis) you’d expect he’d be much more popular on the Instagram likes front. It’s bizarre! Hes becoming a little like Andrew in that regard having to rely on his other half to be in the pic in order to generate likes.

You could be right. I think that's a major factor in why the Love Island girls generally do better than the Love Island boys hence it's more competitive to be a successful girl from the show.
