She took a child for a HIKE and then complained that he was bored and wanted to go. The hike was for HER for her 'fitness goals' not to spend time with her child why didn't she do something she thought he would enjoy instead?? She thinks dragging him along on her hikes and walks counts as spending time with him before she fucks off for the night drinking with 'her boy'.

There’s nothing wrong with getting some fresh air and exercise, but she should have taken him for the hike and then taken him for a burger or something HE would have enjoyed afterwards

Oh of course not if it was any other mother but knowing Erika it wasn't about taking him out for the day it was killing two birds with one stone. Getting her workout in and getting her visit with him done so she could run off for date night as soon as possible. She should have brought her son for dinner instead of her boyfriend.

also, trying too hard to show shes a good mother, doing this, doing that, why not bleeping ask the lad what he wants to watch you snouty faced promiscuous trout.

I don't understand how her piss poor parenting doesn't put the guy off.
 
I just dont understand how someone that is a consultant and is pretty much responsible (to a point) for others weightlosses can say stuff like "it's 7.5 syns for my protein shakes but I personally count them as 5"..If her members in her group she runs did that, what does she say? you have to be exact? I do it so you can do it too? these extra syns could sabotage that persons losses...

also, can anybody explain to me how she says "I'll often have a shake instead of my breakfast, but I'm not using it as a meal replacement"

what are you using it for then you absolute cretin?
