I honestly think they do it for content... I mean her attitude towards the training says everything you need to know...she and Aaron" I calorie count if i go over my syns " snares should be NOWHERE bleeping NEAR sw groups and other peoples weight loss.

I don't understand her logic at all.. A protein shake after working out is generally an extra source of protein to help you build muscle in your workouts no?
But she's still weighing herself and looking for weight loss.. But if she's building muscle she won't really see a huge difference on the scale surely??
 
Erika… I know you read this, so just a quick one….
Do you not at all feel like a tit head for not spending the weekends with your son after he’s been at school all week? I feel it is utterly heartless and self centred and just vile that you’d rather spend time with a bloke in his loft flat than precious time with your child.
Also… if you feel that bleeping ‘down’ why take endless selfies and proclaim your depression upon us. You are an attention seeking, problem child that has no concept of reality.

She took him for a walk with her mum today. Then she complained that they weren't enjoying it and she's now dumped them and fucked off on another 'date night'
