Yep! Honestly, I did it for a few years and it was like high school but with menopausal women who were hangry! We used to have to get weighed with the area manager before the monthly meeting and if you’d gained weight you had to explain why and if you were over goal you’d have to check in daily with the AM via text!

I did get to target through following slimming world but never went to group if I could help it or stay as couldn’t be arsed so once hit target I’d leave off weighing as long as I could.
this last lockdown I struggled maintaining but thankfully found calorie counting and it’s so much better and more freedom than SW.
I weigh in weekly at home on a Sunday and enjoy my food more and lifestyle and didn’t realise how much I didn’t like fruit lol
