I also admit to being disappointed with Meg- I want to breed Bear again she says but in the same breath says that she’s realised native ponies aren’t going to get her to where she wants, which is it then? Brego is not going to make the height she wants I don’t believe. We ‘might sell Ettie might not’ what is the point? Why not just sell your million native cross foals and buy another horse but actually a nice 16hh one that’s honest and done a bit unlike Wilma?

I agree I don’t know why Meg didn’t buy a more ready to go horse for competing. She is still jumping 80’s on Wilma as she thinks she’s a baby and doesn’t want to rush her but she is now 7! She can’t do anything this year as her only horse ready to go is out. What’s the point in having a whole heard you can’t do anything with.

Isnt it a bit of a worry to show kids uniform online, in case people show up at the school? Or is it just less dangerous for the private schools? (RE Chelsea and harlow) I suppose people do know where the royal family kids go.
with Meg’s update it is a shame about Brego being so small, i remember when he was born she kept going on about how horsey he looked, with long legs and kept chirping on about how he was going to be tall and he’s not really taller than moose. Do we think she’s learnt her lesson to stop trying to breed potential eventing horses with her welsh ponies?

But Wilma was pretty much a ready to go horse was she not? Green? Sure, but there was absolutely no reason why Wilma couldn't have gone out competing. Meg has babied her so much with her backwards riding and it's almost like Wilma has been shunned. Barely see her doing anything on with her now (admittedly I don't watch any vlogs so this might not be true) and tbh - she has so many opportunities with great instructors etc that she SHOULD have been off to a flying start.

Well the logo is on the tie and blazer etc, maybe their school has good security and she doesn’t really mind. I was just a bit surprised as to why the logos were not attempted to be concealed at all.

Every single post is her coming up with excuses for his behaviour while she actively encourages it. I'm not sure if gelding would do much as I think he's in his 20s and that's a lot of behavioural issues to try and walk back even sans testosterone. I can almost forgive the stupid field antics but the multiple clips of him lunging at her to bite - absolutely bleeping not. I feel sorry for him too, I imagine most of the way he acts is from being pent up kept alone - I have no idea if he's still breeding but you'd think after 20 years of service you'd at least geld him so he can retire with some field buddies and be a normal horse. A good assertive field mate might also teach him some lessons a human can no longer teach him when he's so dangerous.

I had no idea Wilma was the same age as Addie until Em’s story saying she was 7! The difference is mad. I totally agree that Meg has had a wake up call recently, she used to be the only one consistently competing/winning at 90. Now Em has qualified for Badminton at 90 and being successful with Addie at 100, Tina’s Enzo is clearly very talented and they should have a great first season next year…and even Lucy is doing well with Ember at 90. I’m not saying we should constantly compare the 4 of them because they do have different goals/horses, but I bet the others success has unseated Meg’s perception of being the ‘most successful’ of the 4?
She should have been able to compete Wilma at 90 this year! I suppose the difference is that the others don’t have so many horses so can just concentrate on one or two.

The royal kids have full time body guards! Yes it is crazy she is showing her uniform online. I was reading about woman who have been stalked the other day. They were just normal people who didn’t have big a online presence. Terrifying!
considering they had to move yards because of fans turning up at the gates and walking in you don’t know what mad thoughts some of the fans might have to turn up at the school in the hope to spot them. I would have thought Chelsea would be more aware and hidden the logos, uniform or just not shown the whole school pick up which felt weirdly forced. School safeguarding should be on the phone to her on Monday making her aware of the safeguarding issues and safety of the other kids at the school too.

Loved the girl who won and her horse Cobweb, quiet, calm and confident. Not a fan of the Welsh pony and Fifi, okay on the flat but her riding in the jumping was not pleasant to watch.

Yes this is probably a big part of the reason they needed to be able to keep horses at home. Not only was it really weird and scary for Harlow but the owners had completely had enough of it and I think asked them to leave. They had loads of posts on fb requesting people to stop coming. People were just coming in too not just waiting outside.

I remember that, and people were incredibly rude basically telling them they had every right to come there and walk around to try and find Harlow.
As a parent myself I just can’t understand that attitude! Hopefully no one finds out where they live. Having people show up every single day is insane and she has only gotten bigger since then! Her posting the uniform is very irresponsible. Chelsea knows all of this too.
