Hope they get this storyline right, the subtlety of coercive control. Like when a woman plans a night out with friends and the fella "forgets" she's going out and says "Oh I've cooked us a fantastic meal and got a new box set, I've gone to so much trouble. I forgot you were going out but it's ok you go out and have fun, I'll just eat it myself" *forlorn face* and the woman says "Oh no, it's ok, I'll stay in with you, I can see my friends anytime".

That kind of bullshit :(

Yes this kinda stuff. We saw he has a temper from before. I do hope they do it justice.
 
Poor Mandy I felt so sorry for her tonight even though Lisa Riley’s tits are pulled so high up I have an asthma attack watching her

can’t bloody Wendy give Bob two minutes 🙄 honestly his son is dead but he’s supposed to snap out if it and get on with things act like his daughter isn’t the self obsessed brat she is

And I’ll say it again Cathy is just as much to blame as angel for instigating taking the car and initially driving it 🤷‍♀️ she wasn’t an innocent passenger nagged into the car
Also one good thing out of all this Cathy hasn’t had a period rage since has she 🤔
 
I thought last night's episode re the Vets Ball was awful. I just could not see the point of the odious Welsh man and his ranting. It just seemed like a long fill in. I agree Mandy's hair and make up was a million times better than what she normally wears but that dress :oops:.

I read there is to be more violence concerning Aaron & Cain. The writers seem to be unable to write anything apart from violence.

That was their way of writing in the new receptionist for the GP surgery.
As if we ever knew who the old one was anyway.

Why they couldn't just have let us "meet" her at the surgery I don't know. Coz that scene was pathetic.
Prior to the moving into new premises they could have shown Liam and Manpreet interviewing a few candidates. Could have had some comedy there but no.
They humiliate Mandy, turn Paddy into a git and force a ridiculous shouty man upon us.

And it didn't look remotely like a " ball."
At least when they put a crowd in the pub it looks almost real.

That Hide or Hop or whatever it's called looks less real than Cathy's fake nails.
