Did anything get said on the last episode before tonight's about Cain being released and Kyle getting put in the home? Feel like I've missed something and it's suddenly all happening

I've not watched tonight's but Kyle got taken in for more questioning Tuesday (I think) and the others (Moira, Amy Mack, and the other guy) were questioned last night.

I haven’t watched tonight’s yet but I think Moira told Cain about Kyle going to a home tomorrow last night? I’m sure he got annoyed and said he was doing all this to stop that and he’d happily do time instead. But I may be thinking of a different episode.

David is LOVING someone (Leyla) bleeping up. It's usually him after all so he's really enjoying speaking to her like that. She didn't make silly Jacob pick up a knife and threaten the dealer. I cannot stand David, I keep thinking he's leaving as he's absent for a bit but always seems to come back like a bad penny actor.
