Amelia was a wannabe influencer at one point.
I think that Cathy will be bipolar or have an Emotionally Unstable personality disorder other than Schizophrenia as that has been done. She appears to be 3 characters in one.

I was thinking that he maybe closet gay and wanted to sleep with Ethan (not because he fancies him but to have his first gay sexual experience) but then met Marcus, fancied him and clicked with his personality. I hope that they don’t go down the sexual assault route.

I was getting rapey vibes from Ethan's boss, the way he closed the door after Ethan went out 🤮
Im thinking he will either drug and rape marcus, or blackmail marcus into sleeping with him to keep Ethan's job type thing. He gives me an uneasy feeling.

You mean the same one they’ve done on corrie and eastenders
 
I am really struggling to think what Cathy's storyline can be that hasn't been done on a soap before. It really is a bold claim, because between them all they have tackled most teen issues a number of times. They must be confident it's true though because if not they will get alot of stick for not backing up their claim..
 
A few guesses...
Reverse body dysmorphia
Only fans type, dealing with her being underage
Teen depression
Another bullying situation, maybe causing a suicide

It's quite hard to think of anything else as soaps have covered alot, anorexia, bulimia, county lines, drug addiction, revenge porn, sexual assault, grooming.
