The papers are reporting it could be swapped at birth, but that's been done countless times across soaps I'm thinking it could be reverse body dysmorphia or something along the lines of sharing images to make money (only fans type, but she's underage)

Wow, really enjoyed tonight's episode. The scene between Arthur and Laurel was beautiful and so glad Laurel took it well. The ending though, Moira's face, I see perhaps a Glasgow kiss coming up for Chas
