I find it odd that she’s all “my man my man“ but when she’s packing up her flat, he’s surprisingly absent. Obviously he’s not interested in packing boxes and doing sone heavy lifting.

It's been 6 weeks (at the time of the vlog) since she had her offer accepted and still hasn't had a mortgage offer. She said she needs to complete some paperwork and daddy will be helping her with that. I have a feeling he's a guarantor and gifted her the deposit or something along these lines. She said she can't get a loan from ANY mainstream lender due to her CCJ and she has to go with a specialist lender, but they are taking long on the decision.
With the age of high mortgage interest rates, IF she does get approved, her mortgage interest rate is going to be SKY HIGH. I wonder if she will even be able to get a mortgage.

literally what I thought. Sounds like a cop out to me, that's what people always say when they wanna get out of a relationship.
In fact if they had a good relationship and he wanted to be with her, they'd just support each other and get through it.

In other news, she is literally eating herself to an early grave. It's so sad and horrifying to see.
At this point she needs a serious (probably medical) intervention to lose the weight, her half assed gym sessions and eating like she does won't cut it at all, she will just keep getting bigger and more unhealthy. Even with a diet it would take a hell of a lot of willpower for a loooooong time to get down to a healthier size. You don't have to be skinny to be healthy and confident, you can still be curvy, but she is literally glorifying morbid obesity at this stage.
She's not a bad looking girl at all, and can scrub up quite well. Imagine what losing a few stone would do for her! I speak from experience too on this. When I was quitw overweight I looked and felt so much worse.
I know she wants to empower women and all this stuff, but she could literally shit her content focus to fitness and weight loss. Even if she is using weight loss jabs or had surgery, she could still show her journey to becoming healthier. That's more inspirational than whatever she's (not) doing right now.

I think she’s been so foolish to yap on about her house purchase when she’s still so far behind in the whole process. With her being in a 4 person chain, anything could go wrong and have the whole chain collapse. My own flat sale/house purchase took 9 months and was VERY precarious towards the end, and it was only a 2 person chain. As much as I don’t wish ill on Emma and do want her house purchase to go through as I think the content would be great, I can foresee her having to backtrack and say it’s all gone wrong. It was naive of her to speak on this so early. She should’ve released her home viewing content a lot slower to conceal the initial stages of mortgage approvals/conveyancing, or just not spoken so much on it. I think she’s so eager to prove she’s a “boss bitch/rich aunty” that it overrides all sense and turns her into a blabber mouth. This would be my advice to anyone going through a house purchase, let alone someone with a recent CCJ who can’t even get a mortgage from a mainstream lender.

I’ve no idea about the influencer world, but would someone like Emma, with a mediocre YT channel and a few sponsored AD’s / Tik Toks here and there, really be on 6 figures?
If that’s the case, I’d be tempted to give up my demanding career, to be paid 6 figures to roll out of bed at the crack of noon, and spend my days getting facials, nails done, going to the gym and having a ‘cuuute brunch’ with a friend and calling it work!
