i hope this don’t sound rude but can someone actually advise me does emma actually work out at the gym like cardio etc because everytime she posts she looks like she does very light arm/leg workouts snaps a picture that she’s at the gym then leaves. i’ve never seen her look hot or bothered from a workout

I don't get this either, if she was doing the bare minimum at the gym she'd sweat being her size... then i remember she usually goes out shopping, getting her nails done etc straight after the gym so that confirms she does f* all there cause best believe i can't be walking around with a sweaty vest when i'm done with my workout!

I was deluded like Emma once. I thought that working out, constantly injuring myself doing things like hiit would counteract being morbidly obese. I do not believe she is happy at the size she is. You cannot physically be ok with that sort of weight on your body. It hurts. End of.

The only thing that helped me after years of trying everything (including fasting and keto before anyone suggests that was what I should have done) was bariatric surgery. It’s the only thing that will work for her. She’s too far gone in her weight gain to successfully lose it and keep it off.

It’s taken her 5 years and she struggles with 2.5kg weights. She needs to be doing gentle exercise - swimming water aerobics, hydrotherapy. Most importantly eating less. She can’t out weight lift a terrible diet.

Yeah no new episodes in like 6 months. Tbh they were getting sod all views. Appstently each episode was supposed to be a different topic, but every single one just was the same shallow shit of sex / relationships etc. I don't know how most of that even fit in with the 'things I wish my mum told me' theme anyways.

Doesn't look like she's been bothering with youtube lately either, even though not that long ago she said she had a meeting with her manager and she's gonna be on it and upload 2 x a week and keep up with it. It wasn't the first time she had that sort of meeting, and shock horror, she cba to make any content for YT once again. I bet she will be back in full force in December though, it's the most lucrative time of the year for influencer and she'll want the money!

Why did she think moving home, launching a new business with someone else (if it fails I bet he doesn’t have a rich daddy to bail his little princess / prince out) and then disappearing from social media was as good idea? The Harris library has lots of quiet study area. As an alumni of UCLAN she could have gone to their library (there is a cafe there so she wouldn’t waste away) She just wants to play at this newest venture.
