She’s eaten 900 Cals today, probably lowest daily calorie amount she’s had in a while. She does this, has 1 good day of eating and sets all these intentions, then will fall off the wagon the rest of the week. Like the pouch reset and morning of day 1 she caved and had a banana. I’m not blaming her as I do it all the time and struggle with will power but then I’m not severely over weight and didn’t have WLS a year ago! She needs to address her food issues properly and be consistent with her food and exercise but she’s all over the place.
Exactly, she has a protein goal but not calorie a goal
Maybe if she had a calorie goal and stuck to it she wouldn’t be in the position she is now.
