She says she’s had 895 calories today but doesn’t have a specific daily goal. Let’s see if she shares the rest of her week as it goes on. Bet she didn’t calorie count her pizza last night!
So she's supposed to be on less than 1000cals a day and has lost zero lbs lately 😳 she must move less than Jabba the Hut. She's deffo cheating this somewhere in the extreme

She’s eaten 900 Cals today, probably lowest daily calorie amount she’s had in a while. She does this, has 1 good day of eating and sets all these intentions, then will fall off the wagon the rest of the week. Like the pouch reset and morning of day 1 she caved and had a banana. I’m not blaming her as I do it all the time and struggle with will power but then I’m not severely over weight and didn’t have WLS a year ago! She needs to address her food issues properly and be consistent with her food and exercise but she’s all over the place.

A year out from the surgery these new ‘goals’ should be second nature

Exactly, she has a protein goal but not calorie a goal 🤷‍♀️ Maybe if she had a calorie goal and stuck to it she wouldn’t be in the position she is now.

She needs to realise love heart juice (not an innuendo) and pepperoni on a pizza isn’t the right sort of protein!

ALL food has protein, including chocolate. She needs to watch calories more than protein.

I really struggle on upright exercise bikes now because of an episiotomy scar. Would having cysts etc going on with Imma not be quite uncomfortable on a bike too?

You've put more thought into the suitability of Emma's peloton bike than Emma actually has 😂
But on a serious note that is a good point. We all know it will be hardly used. Just can't wait for the excuses.

Really had to think what love heart juice was then 😂 She’s just a dumb arse. She can drink hot chocolate, Coke Zero and cocktails to her hearts content but can’t manage a glass of water. At some point you have to grow the duck up and think I’d really like that but it’s not going to help me towards me goals so I’ll choose the sensible option. But she’s a princess and Tony’s just enabling her bad food choices (probably for an easy life). She’s spent 10k on WLS, now £2k plus on a peloton that she’s never going to use cos she can’t even manage a daily walk outside. She needs to spend her money on therapy or an online dietician/PT that can help her as she’s clearly struggling but unless she stops making excuses and admits she has unresolved issues, she’ll continue to throw money on the next big thing expecting it to be a miracle cure.

I would say at the pace Emma will manage that she’ll probably be ok with regards to the cysts. If she were to actually go the full pelt that you’re meant to in a spinning class then I think she’d maybe get into difficulty. But this is the woman who won’t even go for a fast walk/light jog because she got it into her head that any exercise equals a ruptured cyst. She’s hardly going to be topping any Peleton leaderboards with that attitude so I reckon her cysts will remain unruptured!

However, I do think this discussion will be fuelling Emma’s list of ready made excuses before the bike has even arrived!

Didn’t she say her cysts are so big she will have a flat stomach once they’re removed? Maybe the cysts are too big for the bike... another excuse pending.

the only time I’ve ever found a bike comfortable was when I was young in my 20s. Now I’m in my mid 30s with a section scar and a new hip and femur and I can barely stay on a bike for more than 10 mins!
