She is such a bleep!

What I don't understand is why if she can't cope looking after two little kids, she doesn't just go back to work, and put Amelia in nursery.

Imagine if Amelia when she's like a teenager and Google's her name, and these screenshots come up, like I totally get days when your child is driving you insane, but you don't air it all over social media. She needs to vent to husband or family.

She only had Amelia so she didn’t have to work and hopefully kick start a mummy influencer Instagram but it backfired massively. She now has less followers than she did before she had her, she’s still relentlessly tagging every item in her stories hoping for a collab and she’s now stuck with an extra kid

She used to say the same things about Ella

I remember that and it was always said on here before Amelia came along that the way she spoke about Ella was awful. She doesn’t like to put the hard work in - we can see that from her lack of job - and she only starts to enjoy parenting when her children are old enough to be left to play by themselves etc. But the really hard parts where Emily has to do things with or help her child she doesn’t seem to like.

But like others have said, imagine putting that out there on the internet for your daughter to read when she is old enough. Poor little girl.

I had the same thoughts, but then realised she likes to make it all more dramatic so it's the start of 'year 4' of her being at school, like 4th year of schooling, etc.
(Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3.)

Or she's just that stupid.

Really dont understand why she can't just teach Amelia to hold her hand?

Keep as much distance as possible between her and Amelia, whilst still looking like a vaguely OK parent.

I used reins myself (controversial parenting decision I know!) but only now and again and to give my child confidence to let go of my hand here and there whilst still being "attached" to me at places like the Zoo, or park as they wouldn't explore as much as they could without me. They used to hold the "lead" themselves eventually, without my hand, and it became their 'walk friend' like a comfort blankie, where they'd wear it but not hold my hand when in a safe place and hold my hand when needed. But I guess this is too much slow care, attention and effort for Emily Walrus.

We used them at one point in busy places with my eldest. I don't disagree with them in general.
I just don't understand why her and others like Enjoying.being.emma insist on using them any time they leave the house.
And then they complain that their kids just bolt as soon as they're off of them.
Well yeah, because you're not teaching them anything by letting them pull on the reins and drag you round 🤷‍♀️
