I'm about halfway through the new series. I hope they don't get her involved with that vile guy from London, I mean what on Earth does he have to offer? Not bad looking but sounds like an arrogant prick the whole time

althogh to be fair who does have anything to offer? Gabriel is good looking but some how portrayed as nice while he is a massive cheat

Shes a broadway star so I assume she wanted more time to show off her talent in series two.

It's all awful...but at the same time it's brilliant awfulness. It's like a less edgy sex and the city meets devil wears prada

She should have remained on Broadway. Didn't mind her in series 1 with the odd song but every episode? It's horrific and not in a series 1 good way horrific. And what is with Cardeaux being Elton John?

I loved the first season, but didn't enjoy the second season as much at all - Emily just isn't a nice person at times (particularly in relation to the Gabriel/ Camille thing) - I preferred Emily as the very sweet nice person fantasy in season one.
