Emily English - emthenutritionist

I find it so bizarre to come on Instagram a day or two after your wedding, describe it as an “intimate” day, and then give a full itinerary and a million photos. What’s intimate about having a professional makeup artist and photographer there for your outfit change? What’s private or classy about tagging every vendor down to the champagne you drank? Two small weddings in the same place a few months apart, the same guests/no guests… pure money spinning?

Hmm, “certified” nutritionist? It’s not a thing…

It's already been talked about but it's because she isn't a registered nutritionist. Some actual nutritionists have been saying the title of nutritionist may be protected by law later this year and if that is the case she is going to look pretty silly. It annoys me she is probably the most well known nutritionist in the uk at the moment when she isn't one and constantly spreads misinformation for money.

If she didn't look like all those plastic influencers, which she is as well, nobody would look her way twice for medical and health advice.

Yeah, I know, I have skin in the game 😉

She was an ANutr (AfN registered), but breaks lots of the code of conduct requirements, so is no longer on the register….

I find it weird on podcasts she claims to have grown up with her parents struggling to afford food. At least that is what she implied but it's clearly not the case. She said she had to have things like soups and stews when she was younger but that is just normal family meals 😂

I hate it so many people like to claim they have come from 'nothing' when they come from wealthy and privileged backgrounds.
Think she went to a private school - they can’t have been that hard up

Anyone else get annoyed by the ‘nutritionists’ making expensive recipes, calling it good for your hormones, putting a bite in and then sort of scrunching their faces, a small ‘mmmmm’ sound then the smiling nod … or just me.
There’s one called Jessica Shand she’s just as annoying. Thinks that ordering several bottles of raw milk and freezing it is the norm and won’t use normal toothpaste on her child.

I just checked and she isn't on the register either but calls herself a registered nutritionist 😂 Naturopathic and hormone specialist are also red flags for me for.
