New to this thread and never followed her before but knew who she was. Spotted her and her husband in Corfu on the weekend. They tried to get a table at the restaurant I was at but it was fully booked

I think she's a posho who's never known hardship. Made in Chelsea type. Some of her recipes are decent tho. but most people can't afford to live and eat like her. She always seems to be getting some beauty treatment or massage...I'm sure she has such a stressful life
I find it weird on podcasts she claims to have grown up with her parents struggling to afford food. At least that is what she implied but it's clearly not the case. She said she had to have things like soups and stews when she was younger but that is just normal family meals
I hate it so many people like to claim they have come from 'nothing' when they come from wealthy and privileged backgrounds.

I think people lose perspective too - I’m a lot better off now than during my childhood, But we had all our needs met - we weren’t having to receive benefits/free school meals and still had uk benefits so I wouldn’t go around complaining about it now.
Perhaps she’s bitter she didn’t get to eat out at 5* restaurants and have yearly holidays abroad/skiinng
