I’m sorry I was specifically told several times not to disclose the outcome of the investigation until it was posted but this just shows that they have actually ruled on it instead of ignoring the reports which is what I have found happens usually.

if you see her not labelling anything then report it to ASA. imagine this being like a workplace, she has been given a warning, next time they will take further action. The more reports, the more likely she will get into trouble.

I also think this is pretty good media exposure to be on BBC calling her out so people are aware of her being shady.
 
Yeah I think that's the most important bit is that everyone is going to know now because it's up on the BBC. I just saw ASA tweet a link to the BBC article too saying "This may be our first ruling on a TikTok post but brands, agencies, advertisers and influencers should be fully aware that the ad rules apply to them across online and in social media"

I know I wouldn't want to wake up to media coverage like that.

She's a L'Oreal ambassador, don't know what that has to do with her giving interview tips. Btw she was in the video. I was like but she's a Youtuber, did she even get interviewed for that??

- That you can fit into children's clothing. Shows a willingness to think 'outside the box'

- Your body count, shows confidence and a go getter nature/no slacking. No coasting always wanting to achieve more.

- How to calorie count, which shows discipline.

- wearing hair masks while wearing a bun, demonstrating time management and multi tasking

Wow, i can see why she was requested to help you. Hopefully her agents commanded a 6 or 7 figure deal for these pearls of wisdom from the UK's answer to Bezos.

I don't think she had any education past GCSE's, and I don't know what ahe took or her grades.

She's 23, so an open university course could be great for her now. She has the money and even more now, the time.

James dumped her the moment he flew back to America without her. He just hasn't actually had 'the conversation'

He's clearly a dick, and creepy af. If my male friends were seriously dating a 16 year old, they wouldn't be my friends any longer. It is time this behaviour was called out for what it is. Apparently brains don't mature fully until 25.

Same time as the collagen and super fast metabolism stop.

Now, tbh i avoid Lydia millen as i find her unbearable but i know the bare bones of her story. Stripper to luxy influencer with faux posh voice amd new money delusions of grandeur. Mistreatment of cats, dead cat and poss former gfp hubs.

Emily is heading down that path, i travel alll rhe time for work like a famous celeb. Urm, people like your at home vlogs, try on hauls of kids clothes for a week, room renos (ikea) and attempting to eat 10k a day. Tweens like your Sophie sister act content. No one wants to see you fly first class for 10 days stay in a 5k a night hotel, where you avoid the restaurant and buy a designer bag in the duty free.

Trust me on that one hun.
 
What does she get done at pulse light? ? I saw they offered lifting and plumpling for beasts, butt's and tums as well as hair elimination.
 
I’m finding her really insufferable at the moment.
She’s in a very fortunate position going into lockdown and I just don’t buy her bullshit about everyone’s problems being valid when she will NEVER have to struggle financially.
it just seems fake as duck when the only thing she’s sad about is not being able to travel the world yet people are struggling to put food on their tables.
Bet she wouldn’t take anything down to her local food bank but it’s fine guys, she’s made a discord chat 🙄
 
She also said in a recent q and a that travelling to LA so often was exhausting which I do totally understand. It felt like she didn't enjoy being away so much but now she's almost bragging about that used to be her life.

She won't be travelling that much when the relationship is over and given we're England is in lockdown again, it's gonna be even longer til they see each other again.
