Emily is giving her little sister a lash/brow lift!!! Wtf
How are her parents okay with this - she's a child! Not even a teenager :(

I know it's not a permanent cosmetic procedure or anything, but this can't be healthy. Instead of trying to protect her little sister from the detrimental impact of societal beauty standards, she's encouraging her to embrace cosmetic procedures at a young age. Absolutely vile.

I know what you mean, but she is 13 isnt she? some tweens are just really into beauty and want painted nails, make up and long hair/ lashes and she clearly adores emily and wants to be just like her. Others want fake piercings and fake tattoos or to do crazy experimental things to their hair.

Plus they are bored in lockdown and I'd rather see sophie copying her looks than Emily 's attitude to food, her body and exercise. Sophie apparently wants to be tik tok star so she is taking after emily!
 
I normally just lurk here, but wanted to mention that I met James around a year ago in a work setting (I was working). He was nice enough but honestly just bizarre, seemed to lack basic social skills and just kept talking about himself.... didn’t introduce himself, just assumed we knew who he was. He blew his nose at one point and had literal snot on his face where he didn’t wipe it properly. Wore sunglasses inside. Such a bizarre life experience, meeting and speaking with a washed up celebrity in person. We just wanted him to go away so we could get on with work 😂

Anyway, one of the few chances I got a word in edgeways, I mentioned Emily and said I used to watch her videos when I was younger, and that I’d met her too. He was just like ‘oh, I forget that people actually know of her’ ... LOL, sure Jan.

Emily is far (farrrr) from perfect but she could do so much better, he’s worse in person

Pure speculation on my part but could James have autism or aspergers? That or maybe he had a breakdown when Busted ended.

He seems very immature for his age and I remember him and Matt Willis being really good mates in Busted. Matt has really matured but is still publically really supportive and friendly with James, I wonder if he feels a sense of responsibility to him due to what happened in Busted.

I've always thought something went wrong with him since busted split. Though i don't know really what he was like in Busted, social media weren't a thing. His media makes him look like he is some weirdo man child or some sort.

Looking back on it I do think there was always a little something off with James, maybe just really immature, but I don’t think he was always as bad as he is now.

He seems way more mature and articulate here and this is 8 years ago...



Pure speculation on my part, but I personally think he had some sort of breakdown in 2017 after he split with his last girlfriend. He disappeared off social for a few weeks at the time and came back looking rough, and he has continued to look rough since to be honest.

I don’t really know why he has notions that he’s better than Emily or more famous. She actually is more well known than he is now and has more of a presence online. I think he’s always been the more successful one and had more money in relationships in the past and doesn’t like that Emily outdoes him in those areas. The dynamic between them is weird because she definitely puts him on a pedestal and he doesn’t deserved that at all.

he is completely obsessed with his music and sometimes I think he has such a god complex.

he went and found a tweet from July that didn’t even mention him by name and started tweeting at someone because they don’t like him as a musician. It’s impossible for him to believe that anyone wouldn’t like his music.
