The rules are clear, if the video is an AD, it had to be in the title or on the thumbnail (I don’t agree with this) and it should be clearly stated in the first line of the description. As someone said Emily has been caught out by the ASA before. She has another video which does comply and has AD in the title so she knows how to do it, she just choose not too

She’ll probably have a few tiny spoon fulls and then bin the rest. A lot of influencers do that (which is so wasteful!) and then they’ll say something along the lines of “I just have a small stomach!” to the folk around them.
