am I the only one who thinks he’s probably not thinking of Emily now, and they middle finger post was just a coincidence? I reckon he was scared to post on insta in case there was a girl in the background, and now he doesn’t have to worry!
 
Something must have went down between the 3 of them. I remember at one point they were all following each other and Emily commented on Sofia's stuff. Interesting that James & Sofia are following one another again - it's like when you are in a relationship with someone and they tell you not to worry about another person, then you break up and the person they told you not to worry about comes out of the woodwork again. Guys I love the drama 😂

And James has form for that! When he was dating Gabby he met Portia Conn. from what I remember she did a cover of a Busted song on YouTube and he contacted her to be a support act in his sad sack solo tour. So, another Busted fan groomed by James.

Portia became really really good friends with Gabby. Flash forward to James suddenly dumping Gabby when McBusted went on tour. Within weeks Portia and James were all over socials flirting with each other, obviously together. In fairness Gabby did tweet Portia over it. The drama was good.

I saw this pic on Twitter when being nosey, James took Portia as a wedding guest and I’m just cringing at him. He certainly has a type and he definitely has form. Raging I missed all the drama lol.

I’m really not surprised he’s following Sofia again, could have put money on that happening if him and Emily broke up. As much as Emily irritates me, I’m glad she’s away from that child catcher

According to the stats on her backstage profile she’s actually in the underweight BMI category (not saying this is unhealthy for her because BMI isn’t that accurate) so if she looks healthy in comparison to Emily, it really says something about just how underweight Emily is
 
Emily comes across so well in that video. Amazing as she was younger then but so much more mature and wiser. Her figure is so healthy there too,she is slim but she has some curves and looks really healthy,lovely skin and hair. She is so open and sharing things,really relatable. Now its like she has so much contempt at people wanting to know things and so secretive. I hope now that shes got out of an unhappy relationship she can get back to this
