Someone asked on her q&a what cheaper areas of London she would recommend; she then says her faves are Kew, Richmond, Barnes and Chiswick, adding "probably not cheap though!" - they're some of the priciest areas in West London!!- really not helpful for that person! sorry Shel Boy but the floor being strong enough is all to do with the concrete base depth which your builders have supposedly checked. Why would there be a foot of concrete to support some decking? The requirements of strength for a structure to have gym weights in would be completely different to decking.
So now it’s up, how will it be stronger in future? Or is her grammar just really bad that she can’t distinguish between present and future tense. But thanks for answer Shel, fantastic to know you read here
& the bi folds in her planning app show the doors opening outwards. They now open inwards. But sure you’re just going to have to move a chair when it’s clear she’s actually going to lose 3 foot of clearance. Given the depth it’s like 3.5m, then she can only use 2.5m, with out constantly re jigging the furniture.

im confused, the floor plan showed the chair in the middle in front of the desk, and the bike to the front of the unit/room/shed where the doors would open to?

Not sure how much she knows about anything much… she thought Richmond was in Surrey for a hot minute. Her knowledge of London is pretty superficial and limited to places that look like nice for IG and places that give her a free meal.

I cannot fathom why anybody would ask her these questions, a quick google search would tell you all you needed to know, most likely with price per calendar month, per person etc, why would anybody look to her for these questions! she is honestly the worst
