I love that story slagging the lodger off. Every opportunity she’s picking at him about how messy he is. Why not take it off insta and speak to him?!

the sink is all wrong for me. Tiny, squashed next to a cupboard and no draining board or grooves cut.Only a person that eats takeaways or gets free food at restaurants would be ok with a sink like that!

so funny, this girl is bleeping deluded I swear. The pod will be the width of the garden, and will probably be quite deep but still. anyone with a brain cell can see it aint gunna fit, and if it does it is going to be squashed and sweaty as hell. I wonder what roof she will have on top? a glass one will just make it one giant sweat box. disgusting. Thankfully, her gifted cleaner will be able to clean the stinky hovel with all of the gifted cleaning products she has. bleeping pig.
 
I have all that equipment in my garage without the peleton. Which looks to be bigger than what she has. No way in hell is there space for all that AND an office. You can't just stick all your tit in there. For it to function as a GyM you need space to actually move! She is so deluded. Its going to be a dumping ground for all her crap. Just like the rest of her house. Honestly the amount of tit that 'turns up at her door' on a daily basis gives me anxiety!

the idea that she will have a gym(?!) on one side and an office when the bi folds fold inwards (so you need a clearance space even to get in) and space to use a kettle bell and punchbag plus have a chair and log burner! Is it Aladins cave or something

Oh and this is the floor plan for the pod… not going to happen!

Oh and the bifold clearance, losing about 3ft of space because if you want to open the doors you can have anything the area where they fold back 😎

what is the point in doing that excel spreadsheet colour coded diagram if it’s not to scale? No wonder nothing ever fits. Oh, unless the desk is actually going to be 4x the size of a peloton bike?


ETA: I actually can’t with these fecking influencers anymore… who the hell do they think they are portraying this lifestyle when they do tit all to earn it, and in most case, can’t actually keep up with it themselves. For duck sake… despair with people these days. Whatever happened to people valuing integrity and authenticity.

The floor plan is hilarious 🤣 she won't be able to open the doors? Is she going to have some source of heat in there because otherwise that is going to be nice and chilly in the winter if that's going to be used as an office? It will also be pretty toasty in the winter with all that glass in the rooflight and the bifolds.
 
The floor plan is so lol. Like desk is massive and the squat rack a tiny square by the door… as if! Also can the pod hold that weight. If you go to her highlight the builders didn’t change the base and I reckon you’d need a good foot of concrete as the base if you want gym equipment weighing hundreds of kg to sit in it.
She should have put sliders or french doors on to maximise the space or make the pod smaller so the doors could open outwards. Interior designer Em strikes again.
I’m now going to sit back and wait for her to address all the above on her stories 😎😜
 
Just watching her stories, she clearly doesn’t want this massive squat rack; I’m on her side with this one, expensive little pod (all paid for by her!) to then be taken up with a huge multi equipment rack she won’t use, just because the man child / lodger wants it? Nah. Would totally ruin the whole vibe.

Also.. Em’s a dick, but I get even worse sketch vibes from Matt. Ew.
 
I agree re the lodger. Entirely selfish that he wants to fill the space with a multi gym. Unless he paid for the pod as well she should tell him to F off. They have such a weird relationship. It’s always Matt says x or Matt wants y. Why not let him pay for his own flat then he can have an opinion!

But I find it so bizarre they live in a central London location and want gym stuff clogging up the flat. There must be multiple gyms in walking distance why not just join one? As that would have all the equipment and classes you’ve ever need. they both seem really tight fuckers that won’t join a gym because they would have to pay.
