I think Jackie going live was probably the right decision given the drama Elphie kicked up about everything and started saying she's being thrown out when that's not really the case

Though I wonder if there's some rules about the way notice is given? 🤔 especially as Elphie was clearly not serious about leaving

Seems that all the landlord has to do is give ‘reasonable’ notice, doesn’t specify what that is, but I think a month would be considered more than reasonable tbf.
It depends on whether there was any other agreement in place, however I doubt there is.

I agree. It’s for attention, at the end of the day I hope they can all work it out between them but if Elphaba continuously breaks the rules and keeps everyone up at night by screaming and obnoxiously begging on live, it aint gonna happen.

Maybe he needs to take responsibility for his own life since he’s a grown adult and more than capable of getting a job and finding somewhere to live. His fault he’s getting kicked out screeching 24/7 on tiktok live and being a disgusting slob
