I’m a ‘landlords are parasites’ type of girl, but honestly, I’m on the side of Jack’s mum in this ! Elphabas behaviour recently has been absolutely horrendous and disrespectful, I’m not surprised that Jack and Chelsea have had enough of it. Also tbf, Elphaba is the one wanting to leave rather than just keep it down and not beg constantly on live.

Jack cannot be the resident landlord as he isnt 18.
A house with 2 or more lodgers needs to be registered as a HMO.
I highly doubt Jackie is registered with Rent Smart, or has a HMO Licence, fire equipment, Co2 monitors etc etc.
She could land herself in hot water broadcasting it all over the Internet
