I think she may be just posting once a week for vlogmas still and having each video include 4-5 days like this last one. I am not sure why she did it that way though....I thought the whole point of vlogmas was to get daily posts because it brings in money. If she had 4 days of content why didn't she just split them up and set them to post on different days? Wouldn't that give her the max payout?

If you want some good stuff to watch that is still up she has the Tahiti vlog. There are some gems in there. She talks in French in the voice she uses for her cats, she talks about going to look at the shops on various islands to get an idea for pricing for her own pearls :eek: (so delusional) and there's a clip of her trying to Polynesian dance on the cruise ship.

YouTube stops creators from stuffing their videos with ads. If Elle posted 10 minutes a day of boring content she'd only get like an ad or two in. At this point I don't even know why she is YouTubing at all... her channel adds nothing to the world and she doesn't even share personal updates to her fans.
 
From what I’ve heard, there’s been a huge dip in creators posting vlogmas, so YouTube is pushing those videos forward on the algorithm and upping the payout. There’s only an upside to doing vlogmas videos daily. She’s dumb stringing the days together and only posting once a week. The only thing that would prevent her from cashing in on YT is a man. She’s too preoccupied with her new ex-boyfriend to be fussed to upload daily. 😂

I also find these open-toe heels an odd choice. I think this pic is from some Christmas event at the Vancouver Club, I recall Smelle buying that horrendous 'pin-up girl meets Queen Victoria' dress specifically with Christmas parties in mind. Gosh, in the current covid climate any idea of a party seems so outlandish...

Remember that vlog from vlogmas 2018 (?) when she went on a date with special someone and wore super high heels (Jimmy choos?) which she complained were so difficult to walk in because she cheaped out on a taxi?
 
I’ve never watched her videos on a big monitor so I never realized how blurry her videos are. I’m watching the Tahiti trip vlog on the TV right now and it hurts my eyes to watch as the quality of it is so so bad. I could barely see her face when the camera zooms out. I don’t know if it’s her camera or maybe when she uploaded it she just picked the lowest quality to upload faster but it’s definitely very very blurry. I guess I was a bit too harsh on her with her blurred nose bridge. I guess that’s just the norm for her.

@28:00 she said the Tahiti trip is going to be her business expense. I didn’t know that all-drinks-included-sight-seeing cruise trip paid by mommy can be reported as business expense. Guess who didn’t pay enough tax that year.

I remember those shoes. Funny she is willing to drop hundreds of dollars for a pair of heels but cannot justify a $50 taxi ride. 🙄😂😂

Either a bunch of Elle’s subscribers decided to abandon her channel all on the same day, or YT did its routine sweeps and cleared out some of girlboss’ paid for 🤖 fake subscribers two days ago. Remember how she was paying for bots for the live chats and we all thought she bought fake subscribers to finally push her subscriber count to 80k after being stagnant since Joe dumped her?

The negative -15k views on December 2nd also suggest that she probably deleted a couple of videos (or one of her old ones during the Joe era, when she actually regularly had over 10k views per video).

Elle and Ginette are both the same types of people. Good at scamming others, including Revenue Canada.

I also think Elle scams other people pretending to be some sort of heiress / rich girl, at least when she started youtube. I think both Elle and Ginette scams other people into believing they're kind of old money European, when in all probability they made a small fortune from Elle's biological dad.

If Ginette were really rich, her home in Hawaii would be a real luxury place rather than an old dated condo with a lease expiring in 2027. They rent a car in Hawaii. It's like Ginette and Elle manages to find the biggest bang for their money to appear rich to others. Hard for me to explain.

i think if the video clips are too short you can't insert a lot of Ads. she could also just create a lot of filler content like her struggling to open the advent calendars just to artificially prolong the time. maybe because she just has a lot less to show off this year... so she has to combine the clips

Why does she even bother at this point. It was all tell and no showing, which is the opposite point of a vlog. I used to enjoy playing her vlogmas 2016/2017 as background noise. It's not just because life is different because of lockdown, she clearly just tolerates doing vlogmas instead of actually being enthusiastic about it. She might as well stick to sit down chatty videos that are better planned.
 
By the way what apartment is she shooting in? Did Ginette actually move to Seattle?

There is something just so off-putting and self-important about Elle. She eye fucks the camera as she says, "the people in my life just know me sooo well. It makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside!" with her smug eye roll, as she pans the camera to a "Christmas rodent." Revolting.

That table was clearly set for at least three. You see elle's place setting and two others. I call BULL on that. Also she said the presents from her friends are at her mom"s place she clearly had them over, why else would she leave presents there?

Also her mom was licking her fingers on the video my mom swears like a sailor but she'd never be caught dead licking her fingers esp on camera
