they married them WAY too fast imo. the build-up to their relationship was great but i find them dull as a married couple!
 
Just been catching up and talking about lack of surprising story-lines it reminded me of something my uncle said to me years ago,
He never cared for or watched soaps but used to find it hilarious he could randomly tune in (if he felt like it, very rarely) and know exactly whats going on.
I vividly remember him saying to me "They're all the same soaps, everyone gets a chance at running the pub, everyone gets a chance at running the cafe and everyone cheats on everyone" he absolutely NAILED IT!!! :LOL:

As @Scotch Mist said they were trying to show how much badder than his dad the current Ben was but it’s been swept under the carpet since 2019 never to be mentioned again

You haven't missed much. Here's a recap;

Denise and Jack got married.
Chelsea and Gray got married. Chelsea tried to run away when Whitney told her that Gray is an abuser but then gave birth to her baby prematurely.
Iqra is leaving to work at a hotel.
Aaron and his scummy friends tried to blow up the Argee Bhargee on New Years eve but luckily Aaron didn't press the explode button. Harvey has reluctantly covered for him but Aaron might be in trouble with the 'cell'.
Linda is back on the booze again after a visit from Janine who stirred trouble between Mick and Linda. They are now getting divorced.
Janine tried to seduce Mick but it didn't work.
Rocky was found out but Shirley has given him shelter at the Vic.

Does this mean Iqra, Mila and Keonie are going? I hope so! That FGM storyline was also bad!
