Yes good point 😄 they weren't living it up and the trip to Margate couldn't have been that expensive !

Ben couldn't have spent it on a drug trial in the US either because he only went to make enquiries. He couldn't sign someone else up without their consent. So he just spent money on an unnecessary airfare and hotel.

He said he's been helping out with money but meanwhile Honey and Billy were working. Lola worked until a couple of weeks before she died and Jay could've taken holiday or compassionate leave for the time he had off work.

All very suspicious. Now I'm shaking my head like Halfwit, sighing and tutting 🤣

You could understand Linda picking her overbearing, scary mother over Nish, but not Sharon. It's all a bit ridiculous.

Let's be fair to Linda, last time her mum was in it, she was a completely different character, she wasn't nearly so brash and overbearing. Linda must be as shocked as us
 
Jay was signed off with full pay, Lola would have got benefits as she was terminally ill and like others have said they weren’t exactly living it up. Ben paid her credit card off but I can’t see it being 10s of thousands. He’s probably got some other issue which has meant running up all the debt 🙄. I agree the blonde girls acting is awful and don’t like the new Elaine, I’m sure the old one wasn’t anything like that. I hope George will stay but I think his wife will appear, I like the theory it’s Cindy.

They are unnecessary I think, they should go away and be porn actresses or something.
 
I don’t mind the new characters as this storyline on their mum is actually entertaining!! It’s Linda’s sour face I can’t stand. I think the blonde character has been made to be a dumb blonde so I don’t mind awful acting as she seems to suit it. I think other sister can act too. And George actor does help them as he’s best of the new lot. I didn’t think I’d be into new storyline but I actually am…. But

one thing I’ve thought is, they’ve got Bobby and Freddie fancying new girls but I know Bobby isn’t blood related but to think he might share siblings with them 🤣

I'm annoyed with how Linda is just being dismissed. She's got 2 young kids and her big bold mother have invited in grown man and 2 adult daughters to stay, and poor Ollie needs his routine. How many bloody rooms is the Vic supposed to have. There's 5 adults and 2 young children living there. Are we supposed to believe that tiny upstairs has Linda, Annie and Ollie in one room, Elaine and George in another room and then the annoying girls in another. What a squeeze!

Eastenders loves an almost incest storyline doesn't it. We've had Sharon and Dennis, Lauren and Joey Branning and Lola and Ben. Also, Ben and Luke Wilmot-Brown was a bit weird too
