Agree they're ruining him. He's one of the most entertaining at the moment but it looks like he's the one being killed off at Christmas

I think Phil was jumpy because he knows what Ravi is like and the people he's involved with. He was in prison with Phil a while ago

Was Phil getting him info on Kheerat in exchange for protection?

I thought it was interesting that he would speak to Sharon like that, knowing she’s Phil’s and Dennis’ ex wife and Den and Gavin were her fathers, she’s seen off a fair share of thugs so a cocky youngster with a man bun wouldn’t scare her.

The similarities with Dennis Rickman is quite striking. Both troubled with no father in his life apart from 'father figures' who don't really care about him, only for what he can do for them. Capable of killing to order ot to save their own lives. They are both capable of love but tend to mess it up. Den Watts and Nish are very similar too, have a bit of a duel with their son, with both of them really only wanting acceptance and respect. If Nish came over all loving and wanting his son to be part of his life then Ravi would cry like a baby, similar to Dennis.

Come on, we really don't want Ravi killed off at xmas, we would be left with endless boxing matches 😩 Alfie acting like a 9 year old and some slapstick from the Taylor family.

Yes I agree, but I feel the main difference is that Dennis at least felt redeemable, like very flawed but he's a populad character and remains likable because he's vulnerable. Ravi is the same but now they're just having him be more and more horrible, beating up Keanu and threatening Sharon and it's just making him less and less likable. I am worried that he will be killed as theyre jsut making him worse and worse and now hes making enemies out of another woman in the six

i think, vitally, dennis never went full villain and always showed enough light and dark (and vulnerability) to his character that he stayed interesting and the audience still sort of rooted for him a bit. he also loved sharon deeply and completely genuinely, so again there was some thing real in his character that we could care about.

they’ve just gone too fast with ravi, we still don’t really know him and they’ve jumped in all guns blazing with this denise storyline and all the other stuff when we just don’t care enough. the actor is decent, they should have built more with nish and his insecurities before trying to make him into this troubled soul.

ee have spent years at this point trying to make another dennis though imo. he was lightening in a bottle.
 
I agree they don't know if Ravi should be full on villian or just someone with a troubled upbring getting dragged into things/ do things to survive. Even when he first came out of prison it was hard to know who was doing the conning of his step dad, Nina or him.

Kind of weird comment to make ngl. Nat cass has also spoken about how horribly she was treated when she was younger in the press because of her weight. There's literally an ED storyline going on, come on now. Also regardless, shes lost a lot of weight ss she's gotten older and she is slim now. Don't be a dick
