Made no sense to have his scenes. Wasn't a fan but he had potential as a character, hope he comes back. Does Reiss not have a job, esp given he's an accountant and its year end.

Emma will turn out to be the weird one. Maybe she poured water over herself and Lolas dad was protecting Lola so they left. Could explain her returning to the house and having the photo's. She's deffo hiding something and is sinister.

Am I the only one that thinks Patsy Kensit is an awfil actress? Her face doesn't move, her tone doesn't change, she always just looks vacant.
 
Emma said she was very close to her grandparents and only lost them a few years ago. So maybe it was them who had loads of photos?
I wish they hadn’t made her so weird. She seems to have a good job, nice car, plenty of cash. But she’s clearly also going to try and take Lexi after Lola dies. EE just can’t resist overdoing a story, Lola and her brain tumour brings enough drama with it, but they are going to add more. Just like they’re doing with Whitney and Zack too.

I hadn't thought of that.

It is really annoying that they're going to make a ridiculous storyline out of Lola's death, with a character we have no emotional involvement with. I'd be more intrigued with a storyline where Billy and Ben argue about what's best for Lexie, rather than Emma being a weirdo

It was all just a ruse to get Reiss moving in with Sonia. It does seem a bit odd that they have gone from casual hookup to living together so quickly. Sonia could have advertised for a female lodger or maybe found another nurse to move in with her.

Suki was rude to Eve and then blamed her for her scummy husband's duplicity. Serves her right. MOVE ON EVE FFS.

Nish is such a nasty piece of work that I'm hoping Phil really screws him over.

I noticed that. I'm very sensitive to camera movements and I've had to look away for a few of his scenes as it gives me motion sickness. Strange.

Re Jed - EE did a big announcement when he joined the cast so I assumed he would be in it for more than a few episodes! That can't be it surely? His scenes with Karen were the light hearted, funny bits I needed in between all the 'big' doom and gloom storylines going on at the moment.

I‘m sick of seeing Eve moping around Suki like a lovesick puppy. Move on FFS. I think EE are trying to make out their relationship is so romantic when it’s actually really unhealthy.

I think it's filmed like that to make him seem more awkward

there was potential there but they rushed the build up imo and so it’s all gone incredibly ick. i find eve really possessive of suki in a way that makes me uncomfortable: they were barely together and suki obviously needs some space right now, but eve never seems to respect her wishes. unhealthy is the perfect word for it.

Yes it seems more like obsession than love. Suki has made it plain that she wants to be 'traditional' and stay with her husband despite the fact he's a piece of work. Eve should respect that decision and move on. She seems to be under some sort of delusion that she can rescue Suki.
 
Suki is so in the closet, a lifetime of repressing who she is, hiding it from everyone because of her culture and upbringing and along comes Eve doing the lesbian version of white knighting thinking she can just love Suki out of whatever self made personal hell she is in.

What exactly does Eve love about Suki? The mean nasty streak? The allowing her son to be killed ? Allowing her other son to take the rap for a murder he didn’t commit? Sleeping with nearly all of her daughters boyfriends? Disowning her daughter for being a lesbian? What? What is it? EE writers again trying to force a “love conquers all” storyline with two characters who clearly have nothing but lust connecting them. Eve just wants Suki because she can’t have her. Suki will always put her family and her reputation first.
 
What happened to Ash? Didn't she used to be out drinking all the time during her days working at the hospital, and wore hoodie and jeans. I get she's a few years older now and suddenly managed to have her own surgery on the square but she's so boring, she never does anything except float about in stupid clothes sulking and adding her 2 cents worth in to family disagreements. She was much better when Iqra and Habiba were around.
