Dr Katie

She never has all 3 kids. They even got the eldest looked after so that both parents could go to the speech and language. Here one of use would go to the appointment and the other would stay home with the kids. It makes me think she can't cope with Alexander.

I sound like I’m defending her but if I was her I wouldn’t have all 3 kids on my own just yet. Unless it was for an hour or two. But I also wouldn’t let my husband have them all either. There’s no need when he’s a SAHD and she’s got a year of mat leave. I also think it’s important they both go and I wouldn’t want to take a newborn and a toddler along as well as the child for the appointment. I took my 3 yo to my 3mos appointment and I couldn’t concentrate properly on what dr was saying he kept butting in or wanting the attention on him!

Yeah so leave the 3yr old home with dad. It doesn't take two adults for a S&L appointment.

She pitches her flying video like every parent has this experience of flying with children. Try being sat in economy with baby on your lap for 14hrs, no escort through the airport and managing your own bags.

I also think it's a bit off she's going to Scotland without the rest of the family, I know they're well looked after by their dad but being so far from your tiny children for so long just feels a bit wrong. I'd say that applies to dads too. An overnight trip or a couple of hours away is completely different from 10days and a 24hr flight.

how long is she going to Scotland for?
I know she has high flying doctor role, but is it really that much of income to support SAHD to 3 young children and all the first class overseas travel she gets.

She’s only going to Scotland for a week. Even if she adds 2 days travel that’s only 9 days she’s away.
such a long travel for a week holiday.

the video of Amelia saying bye to her at the taxi “don’t have too much fun mummy”. She’s like an old women 😂

My husband is a doctor. In a very similar role to her. I can confirm they have family money as this first class travel malarky isn’t cheap. Yes airmiles and you can build them up but she would have needed to be doing alot of flying to build it back up again. Just admit you have abit of money from family as opposed to making out it’s because you are out there saving life’s. 😂

Also she’s not travelling with her other children because she can’t cope with them. When do you ever see her just being a mum to her kids , on her own with them doing normal mum stuff without it being a massive drama. Never.

She gives the impression she barely knows them

Top end she could be earning would be about £105k (200k aus). It's a lot, but not frequent first class travel kind of money, he must have family money.

Her mum and dad live in quite a modest house but in quite a posh area. I reckon they do well but the money is from his side. I don't think she'd facilitate him being a stay at home dad if he wasn't bringing something financially as she seems quite materialistic.

I still think a week is too long for either mum or dad to leave tiny children if they have the choice about it. The eldest is old enough to understand she's being left behind.

£105k is a good wage but it’s all they have coming in. To support two adults and 3 kids and first class flights. I don’t think so. He must have money coming in from investments/ property portfolio. Agreed about her parents - they don’t scream wealthy to me. He must have some family money behind the scenes

To fly Mel-lon first class with emirates at this time of year it would be around £12,000 - even with discounts and air miles that’s going to be about a tenth of their income if it’s only her money coming in. No one would do that!

Totally . Her husband has some money for sure or she is some sort of drug mule🤣🤣

I do wish however she would get some better Botox. Her forehead doesn’t move an inch but her eyes are about to be consumed by the wrinkles!

Her latest reel explaining her humble beginning and basically saying she earns the money to pay for her first class flights seems like a response to this thread.
Still hard to believe though - my husband earns more than her and I work too - no way we could afford first class flights or matching teslas on the driveway!
