Wow that pic takes the biscuit! It’s like an unoccupied house. No furniture or tv beside fire place. Bar the rug nothing. And the dress is falling off her.

When I fist saw the pic last night, I instantly thought it looked as if she was keeping it up with her elbows. It was a weird pose. Usually she does the same pose in every pic, where she tucks one arm behind her to make herself appear slimmer.

I thought she was clutching her arms in like that to disguise the fact that her bare arms are literally BONES

I find this so disturbing that she’s a doctor and thinks she is healthy/appropriate to promote this body image? Am I missing something? Loads of comments saying she looks amazing? Wtf?
Am I on another planet?
I have gone back through her page and see she has had cancer
Is her low weight related to that?

Consensus here is that she probably didn't have cancer, she had an abnormal smear and got very early treatment before it had a chance to develop further. D is a master of exaggerating things to suit her narrative. Calling herself a GP long before she qualified...

Just after watching her My Cancer Story highlight. There are some very strong inconsistencies in her story.

As others have said, her cancer story had a lot of evidential holes in it. If you read back over this thread you will find where it was discussed. As for the comments on her pic, I’d imagine she would do the usual influencer trick. Immediately delete any negative or challenging comments and create an echo chamber of adoration. Sad.

I think she has always been like that, i always thought she was sick looking long before the cancer scare. I had to unfollow because i was sick of the fat shaming she does, i just know if i went to her with a problem she would blame my weight and i cant stand doctors like that.

She got called out on twitter not so long ago about fat shaming and she never addressed it.

She is clearly obsessed with her weight her diet advice on a podcast was also suspect of someone who completely denies herself food.

For a while I taught she was uber thin like that because she had cancer. But what she had was a cancer scare.

I had the exact same scare but like her it was localised in my cervix. Only difference was I didn't have node biopsy the way she did as the MRI was clear so I didn't need a PET.

The operation on her cervix that she had and called major surgery is certainly not major. Not sure why she needed months off work.

Very strange that a Dr would completely blow it out of proportion. Course it is scary but it's not really the I'm a cancer survivor that she is claiming.

this isa very outdated view and not inclusive at all. Us medical professionals are instructed to use this term now to be inclusive of all people who are pregnant. It’s not Doireann being full of notions, it’s Doireann following the correct guidelines.
Also, kinda funny of all the weird things Doireann does, THIS is the one that tipped you. This is what broke the camels back. Hope you’re ok, hun. Get yourself a gin xx

Its sad that she doesn't seem to have any friends to ground her or tell her when her carryon is ridiculous, and the husband must not notice or care (Telling enough that members of his family won't even follow her )

Someone made the comment earlier about her instagram being an echo chamber of compliments (after she deletes the neg ones obviously) - she truly does seem to live her life through social media and, honestly, doesn't have much of a grip on reality. A sad existence indeed, I hope she gets some help as there are a significant number of issues there.
