So Charlotte In Wonderland dragged her poor 9yo girl to a HHN, unsurprisingly her daughter didn’t like the houses, however they were with random people Charlotte know from the internets her friends who took the kid on rides so that Charlotte could do the houses!
Don’t know about you guys, but leaving my child with people who I barely know, in other country, is not on my list of acceptable parenting techniques!

Honestly I’m normally a fan but why would she think that event was appropriate for a 9 year old?

I really like her too, and usually champion her for taking Paisley into consideration all the time but I too was shocked at this. I wonder if Paisley wanted to try it as Charlotte loves it so much

Also thought it was pretty shocking for Charlotte to think it okay to take her daughter to HHN when she is a good few years under the recommended age which I think is 13/14yrs?
Paisley is 8, not 9 until March. Why so desperate to go? Wonder how she tried selling how wonderful it was to Paisley as she didn't end up liking it at all.

Agree with you all. I usually enjoy Charlotte’s vlogs but even if Paisley wanted to go it’s your job as a parent to make the decision about what is suitable. Universal are very clear its not suitable for under 13. I actually think they should enforce it not recommend it. Some of the houses are really intense and the whole vibe is adult so completely unsuitable.

Absolutely, I’ve watched all the walk throughs of the houses this year and I’d skip a good deal of them (and I have young kids so won’t be going for a good 10 years
)I can’t remember what it’s called but it’s run by the dark haired middle aged guy with a beard and the Scottish couple who had a baby boy were admin on there too I think. Plus the dark haired girl who always went away with her parents…Laura? I’m hopeless, can’t remember any of their names

The Florida Forum is the spinoff. They didn't just get kickbacks! Florida tix paid them some of the money went to charity and the rest got pocketed by some admins

My sister often films her holidays with her family, they go on YouTube but purely as a means to share with family. The videos are set to private, and only family are sent the video links!

I don’t get taking really young kids to this event. That age they aren’t wanting Halloween to be super scary. I remember at that age accidentally watching the Stand and having nightmares for weeks, let alone seeing this kind of stuff. I get that she wanted her to like it, but you can’t rush that too early.
