Thankyou for giving the guy’s name. I couldn’t remember and Google wasn’t helping.
Casually exploiting. I found 2 posts with him in and both were generic poverty and mental health spam.
 
Most definitely casually exploiting. James Anderson has historically repeatedly paired images of "visibly" disabled people with implied captions that he has "helped" them in an extremely exploitative manner. It's not the first time he's done this.

From what I can see, Adam Pearson attended a "fundraising" event Jimmy ran (would like to see the figures associated with that). He has repeatedly used Adam's photo out of context.

I know Adam, we were good mates years ago but drifted apart. He has a very good moral compass and would be very pissed off indeed at being used by this charlatan
 
They raised £3,600. I bet they spent more than that at the bloody bar.

It really is outrageous that such a thicko mastered a years long grift with the backing of pretty much all and sundry around him. He uses “humbling” or variants four times in one paragraph. And the paper can’t spell compère. The “journalist” is as thick as the wretched creature given credence by pap such as this.

Ah, this appears to be the ball in which many (if not all) local causes were phoned saying “we’ve nominated you for an award, do you accept?” Then I’d say yes, had to pay per ticket to the event. If you didn’t /couldn’t pay , you were no longer eligible for the award. And, I’m told, contact from Depher became quite negative and somewhat manipulative. “So you don’t want to support a local cause?”
