I've been reverse Google image searching his stuff regularly because I'm not convinced he's making all these paintings, at the very least he's tracing and following tutorials.

The one being shared as if Degas is most definitely not a Degas. Very different styles. Unless Degas went very different and odd. it’s not listed anywhere officially as his.
The TikTok shared has been suggested it is an account of James.
He does appear to be churning them out quick and in many different styles, which is not usual. There was a trend for people to be “tracing” images onto canvas a while back. Usually photos of pets and doing quite “blocky” paintings.
If these are real and not an ai generated image, or someone else’s then my guess is he’s doing the tracing thing. An ai generated image and then projecting to canvas.
The fact we haven’t seen any mention of his art until now, and his relationship with the truth, and when questioned on X he got angry and shut down leads me to think not all is as portrayed

I'm inclined to think he's done some art-making before and there is at least a layer of it that is 'him'. Whether he's tracing the images or not, he's got some level of technique that isn't pure beginner (as in brushwork and how he's layering the paint)

Lying about people
Exposing vulnerable people's situations online
Posting pictures repeatedly despite not having consent
Misleading people about where the money was going by making up fake stories
Threatening people who criticised you
Operating illegally in an unsafe way
Not offering transparency for the money
Lying about the finances of the organisation to gain more donations
Buying cars and a house for personal benefit
Putting people at risk through sharing their information
Using ableist and racist language
Weaponising mental health and the wellbeing of others to avoid valid criticism
And lying about it over and over and over again in social media when confronted. You don't get to handwave off safeguarding issues and committing fraud as a little mistake. All these "good deeds" came from the people who donated to you. Their money. Their hard earned money whilst you paraded around the media bragging about what a saint you are.

Omg he's so self pitying. He's been stewing about this hasn't he? Probably fuming he's missing out on exploiting the winter fuel crisis for older people. He'd be bleeping loving it.
All these examples of 'free' services really don't help his argument - people donated for one specific purpose - heating and plumbing for vulnerable people - eg why was he donating money to the army? And making roads safe? How bizarre.
He also lied about employing several members of his family didn't he?

If you're doing all of the things listed above then "a few safeguarding mistakes" is unacceptable. Regardless of 'all the good you do'
(Never mind it wasn't "a few mistakes" it was repeated, to the point of seeming pathological, flouting of safeguarding practice)

ETA: If you add up all the expenses listed here and take away all the grants he mentions, what happened to the millions in donations?

Why is some of it costed and some not James? Do you not know how much was donated to pendleside hospice? Or the hub? Or age uk?
How much did you pay the 14 staff members, half of whom were family?
