I imagine she's been paid a very generous amount to keep quiet and sign an NDA.

I'm surprised his wife has stayed with him because the "easier" (for want of a more adequate word) option would be to divorce him and take him to the cleaners. The fact she's staying must mean they're a rarity in the celeb world and want to make it work. How anyone can get over that level of betrayal (plus being so public) is beyond me. As others have said they probably had some sort of "don't ask don't tell" arrangement in place which never accounted for an accidental pregnancy!
 
They might plod on for a bit but the marriage is done.
He is going to want to be a part of his new daughter’s life in some way.
How is he going to do that without upsetting his wife even more ?
Every birthday the child has will be a reminder to her for the rest of her life I’m sure.
The goon has ruined his marriage,his reputation , his daughters will have trust issues in relationships.
His new daughter in time to come will seek answers from him if he isn’t present in her life.
Should have been double wrapped Davey Boy if you wanted to have your cake and eat it !!!

He's got away with it publicly so he'll just make sure next time the women he shags sign NDAs. His wife must be OK with that. I can't see any reason she'd stay with him, she could take him to the cleaners. Love is blind.

Listening to lots of music tonight - Manics and Stereophonics and death and what’s happened with them.
My husband said that’s happened to Dave Grohl twice.
And I get it who knows how you react or behave ?!
I’m not sticking up - I’ve been on the wrong side of some cheating swine - I’m just thinking with Taylor ?! I don’t know I’m rambling.
A child is a blessing but not for his marriage.
Till you’ve walked in these shoes and all that is what I’m trying to say - but not condoning in any way just trying to understand x

I understand what you are saying but he was shagging about way before Taylor died.

And as devastating as it is, dropping a bomb on his marriage is not ok. I know you say you aren’t condoning it but he has opened his wife snd kids up to a world of increased scrutiny and humiliation. Grief is terrible but it doesn’t excuse his actions and plenty of us have been through tragedy and managed to not destroy our children’s day to day life and peace of mind. This isn’t even just an affair. It is a child they are eventually going to have to accept as a sibling. It is so extraordinarily selfish of him.

He is a very privileged man with a world of resources at his finger tips to help him manage. It’s just a shame that falling into another woman’s vagina was the way he chose.
 
I experienced to accidents with condoms when I was above teenage age. With two different men, one was quite experienced.
But neither of them was a rock star and I don't know if it happened to Dave Grohl, just saying that this could have happened.
Strangely enough it never happened to me as a teen...
