OMG I didnt even notice. Great spot! Heres me thinking Dans ego couldnt stop him from responding. 😂

Oh well, he's still a c**t!
Could still be him, but he's using a non official 8020 account and posing as a troll to try and make us think its just another parody account... because then he can claim no knowledge of it, as its not the official 8020 TT account but still get to externalise his frustrations... we all know he will not sit on his hands when it comes to criticism... this is the perfect outlet for him.

#2 reporting in. (Busy day yesterday and I’ve just caught up).

I agree - that’s not an apology. It’s a sales pitch - give us another go ……. Then all the legends comment. It’s rubbish.

There has been a meeting and Matt has decided that ex customers just need to know it’s changed and they will flock back. (They won’t).

I’ve seen that sort of post written by Dan at least twice since February.

He has not apologised to me personally. He has not said sorry and he has not said - I will try and do better. I will change the way the business operates (and I doubt he will).

Ok, so there is some defensiveness in the group because of the way people have been treated. But tbh, “my words typed on my phone have been extrapolated and had tone, intention and meaning added” and “that got flipped turned upside down in an instant of paranoia” is classic narc and, frankly, unhelpful. Let’s all take responsibility for the content of our posts even if they might fall poorly.

Classic Narc? OK then. So where you said I was threatening her definitely happened?

You're right, lets all take responsibility including your gaslighting of me right now.

586 members now and only 3 sign ups in the past 7 days. Desperate times with desperate measures isn’t going to save him now.

"High frequency touch point onboarding service"

Sounds more like legal jargon in a sexual harassment case than a business strategy.

But seriously I've noticed complaints about the amount of emails that are received by members, so I don't think 'frequency' is the issue, but the quality of what's being communicated.

A tailored service is advertised. Helping YOU deal with YOUR eating disorders. Other than calculating how many calories you should be eating and doubling it I cannot see what tailored content there is. The sessions and lives are all group. The content is all generic unless I am missing something.
