You know how he is always bragging about losing his 8 stone and keeping it off , Considering he's still weight training he doesn't look as lean as he was in all those front cover magazines does he ? .
Is it because he admitted they were photo shopped ? Just saying and oh by the way Whanker just cus you've had a new shirt ,it doesn't mean you can't take it off ,
Dirty minger !

No he did diet down to that weight for the front cover BUT they didn't ask him to be on the cover he sold them his story which we all know by now he lies some way or another . Chicken rice an broccoli 4 times a day diet though maybe some cod an turkey thrown in. NOT the diet he his flogging now... Sorry lifestyle not a diet. He's 18stone plus now easy junk dieting because he's taking gear of some form and doesn't need to loose weight now because he's a "strongman"

Sorry if this was covered already, I missed a chunk of the thread(s) over the weekend while busy.

In a live on August 21st (titled "STORY TIME WITH WHEELER") Dan told someone that they can sue their employer because they got let go for not having a vaccine. And says they can claim loss earning from today until their age of retirement. Stating something like "You're about to become a millionaire".

I am not getting into any vaccine discussion. I am just honestly astounded at the miss information this guy spouts. I'm no employment law expert, but even I know someone could at most, potentiality, sue for unfair dismissal and at a push some damages. If they can prove they employment contract has been breached. However you cannot sue for all future earnings and never work again, as realistically you'd find another job between now and retirement age.

The only time anyone can get a pay out equal to a lifetime of earnings is when they are injured in an industrial accident and left unable to work (say the loss of limbs due to an accident the employer caused).

I've laughed and joked around about this, but spreading that kind of ill informed nonsense is dangerous. Employment law is so complicated, and contracts vary greatly from employer to employer.

I imagine the person in question works in a care home as at present they are the only people I know being forced to have it.
in which case youcan’t sue them for tit. They are following the guidance set out by cqc and the government.

even if there was a case, I’ve never ever heard of someone getting a payout until retirement. Just get another job 🤣

Honestly the funniest thing about that is the dude in question lives in australia. Tooootally different laws over that neck of the woods

It was someone in mining, who was from Australia. So even more bizarre that Dan feels he has any ability to comment.

Normally the 'we'll pay for you until you die' arrangements are made outside of court anyway. When something really horrific has gone wrong, like an accident at a chemical plant. And the company needs to avoid too much bad press. Not just being let go because you chose not to get a vaccine.

Knowing Dan from his younger days, very little shocks me about how he's turned out. And as I said before I was genuinely pleased when I first saw his journey that he'd found an outlet for his self-aggrandizement. But the absolute conviction he gave this utter BS out with was astounding (in a bad way).

Imagine someone calling up an employment tribunal or a union rep and saying 'So this guy Dan Wheeler said I'm going to be a millionaire when I sue my ex-employer!!'. They'll be made to feel like an absolute joke.

I genuinely think he says things with such conviction because he does GENUINELY believe his lies. Which is why I find it so strange that his friends/family/staff are just sitting by silently when something clearly isn’t right

They bolster it if anything. Like with the way they throw the 'troll' word around, as if Dan is being victimized. If you look through these threads you can see countless examples of Dan giving incorrect advice, or just bare faced making it up. That isn't trolling, that's people calling him out.

But that said if I have zero knowledge of dieting or nutrition then on the face of it Dan and his team would appear to be experts. However when you can see the nonsense advise he's giving on other matters, it'd make anyone question anything he says surely?

And another thing that boils my urine is charging £55 for a hoody. Especially when you cannot get a mock-up right on the website (thought Dan was an expert in this stuff). The cord from the hood goes behind the logo, just like it wouldn't do on a real example.

Although the label is blurred it's clearly a stick image of a bog standard Gildan hoody, as shown below, with £40 added on for the company logo.

And no one was allowed to return them (against all trading standards regs/laws)
