Ya the one vaccine where they said was going to be the most similar to yes a truer bodily response, whereby the body can decide say to respond not only to the spike protein but to other structures of the virus, which is much better for the Memory T and B Cells long-term, was the Valneva Vaccine and yet they've had to jump through way more hoops than the likes of Pfizer. Even tho it was going to be based on older well known manufacturing methods not brand new technology.

I know? I must have been mistaken I'd have to do that on making a comment 🤔
Maybe that's why the virus has been able to evade them so easily a more rounded vaccine may have been better from the offset .

It’s sounds like a term of speech tbh isn’t that why the vaccines need tweaked because they’re not giving a broad enough response like you would get from the immune system .

The vaccine works with the immune system (trains it) to respond to the virus (immune memory) once you are infected. It is essentially your immune system doing the fighting.

Sorry , didn't realise you'd assume my comments immediately mean medical advice? Thats your mistake. But she HAS had enough vaccines by any stretch. If you told any adult before this you need like 5 Whooping cough vaccinations in a year? Come on?

All I said was you are ill informed to be suggesting someone would be "better off now just getting covid". I made no mistake.

There are many contributions to your overall immunity. You have physical protection first of all. Vaccines fool your system that you are infected minus dealing with a full blown infection which can result in many unsavoury symptoms. Inflammation, mucus, debris etc. But the cells responsible for that clean up are actually even more important. Macrophages and neutrophils etc and how quickly they respond can be so good they avoid full blown infection altogether. It's the relationship between that and antibodies that are either there after infection OR vaccines, it's very hard to pinpoint exactly what is responsible for stopping pathogens, it all works together.

Ya so explain then HOW said person is going to respond to a vaccine? If they do not mount a response to an infection, the same can be said for a vaccine, it does the same thing- fools your immune system it's just been infected? The discussion is about Covid vaxs tho? Comparing it to the outstanding records of the Tetanus jabs, TB or Rabies vaccines, different story altogether.

Some people don’t but the vaccine does help in offering the protection rather than chancing it and possibly being left with long term effects of worse from Covid-19.

Morning.

I believe deep down they already know, hence why they fight so hard to keep the illusion going. Most people would just accept that they have been conned. I don't understand people who not only lie to others but to themselves.

It's ok to admit you were wrong about something, it's a sign of growth.

“In contrast the WSJ article asked the important question: ‘Who is actually getting serious about measuring the extent of adverse events, rather than continuing to urge uncritical acceptance of a largely ineffective vaccine?’”

About time they started questioning things. Two years is better then never I guess. Will the Toronto star ever apologize?

Pfizer has only made 100 billion in profit- get it’s small these days and the governments pick up the vaccine compensation tab!

Yes I don't think I will ever forget the complicity and lack of questioning WHEN it mattered. The truth always comes out AFTER the event, usually by those who were fully aware of it DURING.

Was always going happen, with so many working on it an bringing out their own, eventually we were going end up with large waste, what will they use now to encourage people to have it that don't in order not to waste so much?
I think they’ll only be offering it to certain groups in future, once private companies get their hands on it people will probably have to pay like they do the flu vaccine.

Getting worse!!

I am dreading the possibility of having to have another jab. I'm not anti-vax at all but I do know the two jabs plus booster all affected my periods (sorry if TMI) absolutely terribly. Dreading having to go through that again.

why do you have to? Is it for work or something?

Can’t honestly see how this could be the case it’s not like kids have adenovirus constantly to warrant such extreme reactions
I'd be thinking it's not just the virus on its own and would be strongly tempted to point the finger at all the alcohol and detergent fumes from the non stop sanitisation plus a question about quality control of the extras used to make it all smell fancy, and how all of that might be having an impact given it's been over such an extended period with too few clean-air breaks.

It’s not as if the UK had a China style lockdown people were pretty much doing what they liked so it makes no sense imo, how long before we start to see cases in adults ,if its airborne it’s a good possibility, here we were thinking it’s all about the lungs 🫁 when it could be the liver that does us in in the end.

On the other hand it might be exactly that variation of people's behaviour and response to the situation that gives the clues which will help identify the most likely contributary factors.
If they do find something definite then I hope it's soon enough for people to do/change in time to stave it off or prevent it entirely.
