he does lives on zoom every morning at about 6:15am, sort of the same as in the app but he can actually see you so can help with positioning etc. Link to the live workout is sent to you during day if you can’t do the live. I only do the catch ups. It is more expensive than the app but it’s five workouts a week so suits me fine

Yeah I pay £14.99 for my gym which is cheaper than the CB app
