I agree. Tamsyn even has rest days now which she never did before cos she was obsessed with burning calories.

The next sob story will be that she never enjoyed fitness and it will be a 45 min vid on why she always hated the fitness industry. On to the next ‘passion’. Sadly I think she just wants to be an influencer like her latest best friends. Another person very out of touch with the current cost of living crisis

It honestly makes me cringe so much to think I used to follow her rubbish! Her post earlier about someone who does her workouts and being genuinely shocked because she now has 'abs' and saying how incredible she looks. I know that girl personally and she has done exceptionally well... however this constant need to be thin and the smallest version of yourself is so toxic and all Courtney does is promote it and glorify it. Hence why so many of her old followers have stopped using her app.. because they realise that there's so much more to life and fitness than having abs. Me included! I'm so glad I've wised up to it because once you keep striving for small and tiny it ends up making you ill. Just to be clear, no hate at all to the person she is praising. Like I said I know her and she's lovely. I just genuinely worry for women who lose so much weight, get told that is the best version of them and how amazing they look now and then just strive to be smaller and smaller for gratification.
