Generally they are very, very high impact. A lot of movements that are more advanced but she makes beginners do them. Everything is frantic, with the same movement patterns being overused again and again to add more stress to the body. You’ll feel knackered and like you have done a good workout but really it’s just damaging your joints. I can’t speak for everyone because I don’t follow him, but the Jay guy who used to work for her seems to be good and has his own app out now.Sorry I’m not clued up on fitness at all and recently found her and wanted to start doing her workouts
