I wondered where he’d gone! What’s happened there?!Ooop Courtney unfollowed Jay and he has just brought out his own app
She got rid of him. Gave him less than a weeks notice I heard and already had that cretin luke lined up to replace him. All very unsavoury if you ask me! She obviously knew jay would be serious competition and couldn't have him in her pocket like the othersI wondered where he’d gone! What’s happened there?!
I just find her whole mouth weird, is it her veneers or pumped up lips that make her mouth move/talk weird?Ummmm lips?

I’ve said from the start that her workouts are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve been a trainer for 10 years, mainly coaching athletes S&C based stuff so I’m not a huge fan of jumping about circuits anyway. But hers are just straight up ridiculous. There’s no rhyme or reason to her sessions, they’re overkill and people will always get injured from them. They’ll be tiring for sure and that’s what will make people think they’re good but they just batter the jointsAnyone I know who used CB app through lockdown now don't and either use someone else, have 1-1 coaching or sold their weights and stuff and went back to gyms and classes when life went back to normal. Two people I know are going over to Jay as they prefer him.
She's going to have to go some to convince people to restart with her, jump ship or to add a subscription to outgoings (while costs are going up and people are cutting them!) as you can get a monthly gym membership for around £15 these days that include classes, macro calculators are free so people can work out their own requirements and there's hundreds of TikTok/Instagram accounts dedicated to low calorie/carb or high protein recipes. And Jay seems to be the coach everyone wants not her so that's a sticking point.
Absolutely this. I'll admit, I'm a subscriber to the app (which I hate myself for, HA!) but I only ever did Jay's workouts and the yoga girl is very good, I personally really like her style of yoga. Luke Baden has replaced Jay - and I really like him, so I only ever use his workouts and then the yoga sessions. But I definitely think I'm going to leave once this subscription ends. Courtney's workouts are just mad - there's no structure to them, there's like a million exercises split into one - I don't see how it's credible. I think Jay and Luke show her up, because they are all about form, slowing down the movements etc etc, time under tension - the complete opposite to hers. But I guess there must be some people that love that!? Yeah there seems to be a consensus that the other trainers workouts are better than CB’s and it’s not surprise that Jay left (apparently he was getting paid pennies as well?).Absolutely this.
