There is a complete change in mood today with these people. The anger at Bojo is real. Previous protests it has been very much a "all of them" thing, Witty, SAGE etc. But today the raw anger is aimed entirely at Bojo.

Police threatening to arrest us all now if we don't move on. i have my daughter here so we'll head home shortly. But I'd stay otherwise. So many smart, engaged, peaceful, disaffected people here. Whose lives are ruined. Whose company is bankrupt, whose home is on the line, whose kids have lost on out on so much, whose grandma died alone.

This charade is not OK. They are making fools out of us. It is totally irrational, I will never forgive them.

We need our Ceaușescu moment.

Would love to see that trending on Twitter. The thick arse probably wouldn't know what it meant though.
 
i never ever watch TV or the mainstream news but broke the rules to watch what boris had to say. What a load of crap.

But one point stuck out for me was when he said that by the 19th July they aim to vaccinate 2/3rds of the population and they will vaccinate ALL over 50s and vulnerable. So thats not going to happen or true to even claim. Im technically in the 'vulnerable' but thats due to my mental health, my assessment is that my mental health is well managed and if there is any fever related psychosis i will manage it.

My mother in law is 59 and declined, i know other people here in the over 50s or 'vulnerable' have declined. So this will not be achievable but they are saying that to blame us! I have made my decision to self risk assess, i am like 0.0002% likely to hospitalised and 0.2% likely to die. That is my choice, open up as much as you like i have made my decision and i stand by it, no amount of bullying or harassment will work

It's possible he meant all that want the vaccination (which will be the vast majority). Probably not meant to take it absolutely literally.
