The passport thing sucks really until the majority (that want/can have a vaccine) are fully vaccinated. You can’t introduce something that major when there’s still such a huge portion of the population having not been invited for a vaccine. I’ve had mine but my partner hasn’t, nor has my toddler (won’t be anyway) am I meant to leave them outside a pub whilst I go in for my pint of Pinot, because I’ve had both doses and got my passport? What about those that can’t have it for medical reasons, will they be banned from entering shops/restaurants? Just something a bit off about it and controlling.
It is a good idea in principle but I just can’t see it working at the moment.
The passport will allow for testing too so if someone doesn't want a vaccine they can go for a swab test and have the result recorded on the app.

Two month high with cases. Still no big rise in hospital numbers. Infact they have gone down from 954 UK patients yesterday.
